Youth Speed Agility & Strength Training

Our speed drills and agility exercises are designed to increase an athlete’s overall quickness. We take our athletes through an entire program of speed, agility and quickness training. Speed and Agility training exercises allow you to increase body awareness, improve reaction to visual cues, and improve direction changing movements. These exercises can be tailored to certain motor skills specific in your sport of choice. Since agility is based on stop and start demands placed on the body, it requires good strength or the quality of movement will be diminished.

Classes for ages 11-14 are 1 hr and ages 6-10 are 40 mins
