Youth Team Training

Team Training is set up for 10 or more athletes to work on speed, agility, strength and endurance. Coaches, Team manager, or team parent should contact us with specific goals for the team.

Open to all club, travel, recreation, middle school, high school teams. Our sessions are designed to improve overall athletic performance and lower sports related injuries through strength and speed training sessions.

All sessions are 1 hour.  Contact us to schedule your team session.
